Ache on feet and lower legs

Ask Dr. Saputo Blog

Dr, I have had ache on my feet for over 2 years, I was taking walks every day, everything was great, one day I woke up with my left forefoot hurting, did not go away, went to podiatrist, had me on a boot, pain never went away. Then both feet, have had 2 MRI sesamoid bones a little inflamed then everything normal. Have been to 2 different podiatrists, 6 different pairs of inserts, one orthopedic doctor, chiropractor, acupunture, and last a neurologist. Blood tests all come negative, urine test negative also. Recently I have pain like shin splint pain, and on my feet cramp like pain. I am sitting down at work all day long. I am not standing for long periods of time at work. Any idea what could help me?

If you were my patient I would try infrared light therapy. Have a look at this URL: http://www.doctorsaputo.com/a/infrared-light-therapy to learn more about it.
Good luck!

Good post. I learn something new and challenging on websites I stumbleupon everyday. It will always be useful to read through articles from other writers and use a little something from other web sites.
