According to an article in the January 2013 issue of the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, being married reduces the risk of fatal and non-fatal heart attack by about 50% in both men and women and across all ages. They evaluated more than 15,000 acute coronary events over 10 years.

When there is imbalance between masculine and feminine we pay for it. Men are more rewarded for being in a more reptilian state and we are out of balance. Our view of religion as punitive is an expression of this problem.

One of the things that is a healing type of concept, is to be needed by people. Being needed not only makes a relationship, but it is also is what makes it work. It gives us the opportunity to share and connect. Goals and planning are extremely valuable in healing.
