Body, mind, emotion, and spirit are perspectives of the whole person. Yet it is possible to separate the functions of each of these perspectives and look at a cooperation between the various "parts." Overriding certain actions is a choice that can stop certain processes from happening that can be valuable for us. There are differences between mind, body, emotions, and spirit, and yet they are only aspects of the same whole. They can cooperate or not. You can use your mind to override your body. The interaction of body and mind can lead to a cooperation that helps us get what we need from our life.
