How Weight Loss Pills Make You Gain Weight

submitted by: admin on 11/20/2014

Weight loss pills in general don't help you lose much weight over either the short or long term. And they have potential serious and at times even life-threatening side effects. Dr. Len does not recommend any weight loss pills for his patients. It is better to be over weight than take a pill that does very little and can be harmful. The market is flooded with drugs such as Xenical, phenteramine, Contrive, and Qsymia that are extreme ways to deal with weight loss.

An interesting study was pubished in November of 2014 in the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing demonstrating that people will eat more if they believe there is an effective weight reduction pill that will be made available to them if they overeat.
