Exercise works at least as well as antidepressants for depression. The side effects of exercise are good for us; the side effects of SSRI antidepressants can be serious. The long term effects of exercise are superior to drug therapy.

Life in the fast track has even influenced eating together for dinner. Kids that eat dinner with their families are less likely to take up bad habits and they eat better food. Training kids when they are young is important.
