Hi Dr. Saputo,

 

I just watched parts 1 and 2 of your video on Artemisinin. Is it best taken with food or without food? I read on the Budwig website it was best to take with the cottage cheese/oil protocol. I also read it is best to take with other certain herbs. What is your opinion? Thank you.

Hello...

We recommend taking it with a glass of milk. The Ludwig protocol seems just fine too. I'm not aware of which other herbs are recommended.
