I am not your physician and therefore cannot give you advice. However, you are doing what I do for the vast majority of my patients with C. diff. In my experience antibiotics are not a good idea because they are not necessary and they further destroy the gut microflora. As long as my patients are getting better on the program of supplements I've outlined I do not use antibiotics even if C. diff grows out on stool cultures.
