Do meaningful objects help create a more mindful daily practice?

“The Voice of Reason” Blog
I have been exploring different ways people create small moments of mindfulness throughout their daily routines. Some people use meditation, journaling, breathing exercises, or personal rituals to stay connected with themselves.

I’m curious whether anyone here uses meaningful objects as part of their wellness practice. For example, some people wear gemstone pieces like a Charoite Necklace because they feel it represents personal reflection, calmness, or a reminder to stay present.

I understand that these objects can have different meanings for different people, but I would love to hear how others incorporate personal symbols or items into their healing and mindfulness journeys. Has anyone found that a specific object helps them feel more centered or connected?
