Progress is totally dependent on new ideas, yet there is a tremendous resistance to change. Fear of doing something wrong is one issue. This is why many of us are afraid to buck the mainstream. Education is key for change; unfortunately it often takes decades.

Indigenous peoples live an average age well beyond 100 years. They lived healthy lifestyles and ate natural food and exercised. We have fundamentally changed the parameters of human existence. We have poor food and load ourselves with toxins and live with high stress. This is why we're not healthy.

There is a pandemic of obesity and diets will not solve the problem because they are not scientifically sound.
