Laughter is a wonderful stress reducer. Improvisational theater is a tool to achieve that. Learning to be authentic relieves stresss. Playing games helps getting into the moment and stepping outside of expectations of self-judgment. Letting go and trusting are keys to life and to improv.

Stress is universal, some internal and some external. Our minds can turn life events into something stressful and we dwell in the past. Identifying stress is the first step. Most stresses are internally generated and controllable. Worry and fear sustain stress.

Our ability to adapt provides options that may be very important for happiness and good health. Being authentic is key to being able to adapt wisely. Careful listening allows for intelligent processing and decision making. Sue gives examples of how our improvisational skills are valuable in our lives at all levels.
