Fish oil and flax seed oil are both excellent sources of omega 3 fatty acids. Not everyone can convert what is in flax to the active omega 3 and 6 oils that we need. Fish oil is easily contaminated by heavy metals.

Dr. Len and Nurse Vicki review the importance of essential fatty acids for brain function and encourage eating fish to correct the problem.
