Forgiveness is central for self healing. This is something one does for one's self. Punishment consciousness is a cultural trait that doesn't provide closure. Letting go by not connecting with the negative thought is healing. We victimize ourselves when we hold onto punishment. Punishment will take care of itself.

Being present requires letting go. For health care practitioners, letting go of their own training tools opens doors for new possibilities from CAM therapies. Letting go disempowers attachment to an outcome and supports a willingness to take a bigger look at one's situation in life. Laughter is a wonderful stress reducer. Improvisational theater is a tool to achieve that. Learning to be authentic relieves stresss. Playing games helps getting into the moment and stepping outside of expectations of self-judgment. Letting go and trusting are keys to life and to improv.

Love is for giving! Awakening the leader within rather than taking commands from the outside is critical. We are deluged by commands that discourage authenticity. We must realize who we are on the inside. Who am I is the question. Letting go of attachments of what other say is the key. Be present, don't deify the mind!

Being in the present was the purpose of living in the wilderness of Southern Chile for Robert Kull. His stories and their lessons are shared.
