Genetically engineered foods and animals are now widespread in supermarkets. We are swapping genes between the animal and plant kingdom with reckless abandon. It is important that we teach our children about healthy food and a clean environment. Guido has a TV program and educational program in schools that does this. He believes in growing, promotion, and distributing produce to create wellness. Teaching through flavor works!

A study published in the August issue of the journal, Nature, did a genetic analysis on the number of gut microbes in 292 Danes and found that 25% have up to 40% fewer gut bacteria and reduced bacterial diversity. Indigenous peoples live an average age well beyond 100 years. They lived healthy lifestyles and ate natural food and exercised. We have fundamentally changed the parameters of human existence. We have poor food and load ourselves with toxins and live with high stress. This is why we're not healthy.
